I don't think I want perfection.

Interview with Escort Alice
What does happiness mean to you?
Being receptive and being able to recognise the good things in the world.
What makes a ‘perfect’ day for you?
I don't think I'm in the mood for perfection.
Are you an early riser or a night owl?
When I'm alone, I usually have to get up straight away in the morning and do something.
It's different with two people.
If you had the choice, where would you prefer to live and why?
With lots of people I like, in a big city and with a garden. Because I like
like people, cities and gardens.
Which country or city would you like to visit?
Iceland! And Ljubljana.
What are you most grateful for in your life?
For the people closest to me, of course.
If you could wake up tomorrow with any new quality or skill,
what would it be?
To be able to sleep peacefully every night.
What are your strengths?
My robust stomach. I never actually throw up.
What are your biggest weaknesses?
My sensitive ears. I'm very, very sensitive to noise.
What makes you insecure about yourself?
Everything I try to keep secret... I used to be quite hypochondriacal, but I've overcome that.
I've overcome that. Now I'm really good at making realistic Google diagnoses.
diagnoses.
What do you particularly like about yourself?
My little toe. I can move it separately from all the others.

Is there something you've always wanted to do but have never done?
Travelling alone.
What is the greatest success of your life so far?
I have no idea. I also don't think the word ‘success’ has a particularly positive connotation for me.
positive connotation.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
I'm paraphrasing :P : Decisions often make themselves.
What's the best thing that's happened to you in recent years?
The people closest to me.
What is your favourite activity in your free time?
I really like lying on my back and looking at the ceiling.
What is the best thing about your job or your studies?
I can decide for myself every day what I want to do.
What was your very first job?
You'll have to ask me on our date...

A gardener.
What's the best thing about your family or friends?
They're all completely different.
What do you value most in a friendship?
Understanding, goodwill, security.
If you were invisible for a day, what would you do and why?
Can I be invisible as a couple? I imagine it would be a bit lonely on my own.In any case, I would clear out all the Belgian chocolate shops and then I would have
I'd have Christmas presents for the next hundred years. If I'm invisible,
can I still set off the alarm in museums? So if you cross that
line in front of the paintings? I wouldn't want to steal them or anything, but
just look at them from very close up without setting off the alarm.
Which songs can you listen to over and over again?
Anything by Michelle Gurevich.

What do you listen to most: your heart or your head?
My stomach really drowns out everything. The worst is when I'm hungry.

My flatmate.
If you had one wish, what would it be?
Something morally impeccable, of course. But at this very moment, I would
I would really like a sauna in my flat.
What's the craziest thing you've ever done?
When I trained for a week or so to move my little toe separately from all the others
If you had a time machine, which era would you travel to?
Not too far back, I definitely wouldn't want to spend the Belgian December without
without heating...
Who last surprised you with something? What was it?
A person I hadn't been in contact with for a very long time got in touch with me.
If you had the opportunity to meet one person (alive or dead), who would it be
and why?
Well, the love of my life, of course. Preferably alive.
What is the nicest thing someone has done for you?
To like me.
What can someone always do to make you happy?
With warm hands. But if they're cold and loving, that's okay too.
What would you still like to learn or try out?
I would perhaps learn to read minds
What's the bravest thing you've ever done? Would you do it again?

When I had to leave in the middle of the night because he realised he wasn't single.
What's the best date you've ever been on?
It's difficult for me to say because I can't really compare. But the
last best date, I was definitely in love. I can't remember exactly what we did
did, so it doesn't really matter.

Laughter and light-heartedness is something I always want to keep. I enjoy deep conversations just as much as spontaneous silliness and firmly believe that you shouldn't take life too seriously - after all, it's easier to live if you can laugh at yourself.
